From the first contact where Stuart came and gave a free no-obligation quotation, the customer service was exceptional, with Stuart discussing and presenting the options available to us, and giving his suggestions on what would meet both our "home security" and "home aesthetics" requirements. The quotation given was both detailed (down to the paint type and finish and locking mechanism fitted), and very competitive, and never once did it feel as though Stuart was applying any "sales guy pressure", so it clearly was a free non-obligation quote !.

During the time (x2 weeks or so) when Rubie gates were making our gate, Stuart kept in regular communication to ensure that the gate was built exactly to our requirement and planning the date and time on installation to suit our work commitments, and so he was fully flexible around us.

Stuart came out to fit our gate on a Saturday morning, and as we had discussed and agreed previously, he telephoned again on the morning of his visit in advance to ensure it was still convenient for us.

Stuart came out to fit the gate as agreed, and the fitting was first class, with care for my property taken, and clearly pride in his fitting-work taken to ensure it was perfect. We now have a gate that we are very pleased with, and we will for sure be using Rubie Gates again in the future.
